All characters and creatures in Luturas cards and manga were drawn without the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Backgrounds in manga pages and cards utilized a variety of media and techniques, including:

 

- Real-life photographs taken by the artist

- Photoshop brushes

- Free stock images

- Photoshop filters and edits

- AI-assisted backgrounds, which were then extensively edited by humans

 

No background is produced 100% by AI, ensuring a significant human touch in all works. Hyperagua Studios is responsible for producing Luturas designs, and all human character designs are drawn 100% by human hand.

All character rights belong to Hyperagua Studios. Character designs were created by Hyperagua Studios, with several character sheets produced internally and some commissioned from David Madrid as an independent artist. David Madrid received one-time payments for these character sheets, and no royalties apply. 

 

All rights, distribution, and publishing rights are retained by Hyperagua Studios. Unauthorized posting or reproduction of the characters, cards, manga pages, Luturas Bestiary, or any other publications from Hyperagua Studios is strictly prohibited without written consent.
